This retreat blends the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of surfing by integrating Yoniswell’s Intuitive Surf Coaching Program.
We work with local surf expert & drone operator, Edgar Hidalgo of Ardi Surf, to guide you through practical techniques and personalized coaching. But here, surfing isn’t just about technique — it’s about learning to listen to the ocean and trust your intuition.

Through this process, we use the 7 Chakra system to connect the technical skills of surfing with the emotional and energetic experience of being in the water. The ocean becomes our teacher, showing us how to flow with the waves while we simultaneously learn to navigate the inner tides of life.

In this immersive experience, we will spend our days surfing, sharing delicious and nourishing meals, and connecting with the essence of El Salvador’s vibrant local culture. The retreat also includes moments of yoga and meditation for rest and restoration — because balance is essential when working with the ocean’s dynamic energy.

Additionally, we provide daily journal prompts inspired by the cosmic weather, encouraging you to tune into your internal world while staying connected to the natural rhythms around you.
